Hi, I'm Jackie!

I’m currently a graduate student studying Clinical Mental Health Counseling as well as a Crisis Counselor with Crisis Text Line.

I am passionate about all things psychology, mental health, OCD recovery and ED recovery. I will be sharing think pieces, personal accounts, and general education about these topics that share a raw and real view of what it means to be mentally ill, mentally well, and everything in between.
